The main level brings together the kitchen, dining and living areas in an easy, comfortable flow, with an additional full bathroom for convenience. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a second full bath provide privacy and space to recharge after a day on the mountain.

The townhome is designed for guests who want both together-time and a little breathing room. Three upstairs bedrooms create a comfortable sleeping area away from the main living space, while the lower level is ideal for cooking, dining, watching a movie or relaxing by the fireplace.

Guests also have access to shared community amenities, including a heated indoor pool, separate hot tub and a recreation room with pool table, air hockey and a reading lounge. Game tables are coin operated, and a bill-changing machine is available onsite.

Summer Comfort
Please note that the townhome does not have air conditioning. Beech Mountain typically cools down quickly in the evenings, and ceiling fans and portable fans are provided throughout the property. A few warmer days can occur during late July and summer heat spells, so guests who strongly prefer air conditioning should keep this in mind when booking.

Please note:
Parking: each unit has one assigned parking spot. You must park in the spot marked B5. In addition, you must use the parking pass we will provide, and place it on your dash. There is also one additional unassigned parking spot for each unit. We advise to bring only one vehicle, as during the busy winter months, parking can be a challenge. If you must bring two vehicles, one car will need to be parked in an unassigned spot. If you park in another unit’s parking spot, there is a risk of being towed.
This is a split level, 2-story townhome with stairs leading to upstairs and downstairs.
You will have full access to the indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub and recreation room. Please note these areas are open to all guests to use.
Our grounds include an outdoor firepit and grilling area. We also have a children’s swing set and slide area.
