This studio efficiency sleeps two adults, featuring one queen bed, plus a 50” TV, free Wifi, refrigerator, stove, microwave, plates, utensils, coffee maker, blender and more! Flying in? No problem, we have two beach chairs and beach towels you can use at the beach. Oh, and FREE private on site parking.

This little powerhouse studio is small but packs a punch on things to do: gorgeous beach sunsets, world class shell collecting, amazing bird watching, sparkling pool and Key West’y courtyard, beach trolley rides, and famous John’s Pass entertainment district is just a 3-minute drive away. Plus, it’s just darn cute inside.

Our beach neighborhood is great for a morning or evening walk. Clean and upscale, it is filled with cool mid-century modern homes, you can see a variety of 1950s and 1960s architecture and style. Plus check out our waterfront zen park.

Redington Beach is one of the most desirable beaches in the Tampa Bay area due to its quiet atmosphere and great restaurants. Primarily a residential beach town, you don't have the mega-hotels, traffic jams or crowded beaches.

The Royal Orleans is a classic 1950s motel complex that has been converted to condos. So you get that vintage Florida Key West feel with updated amenities.

Guests love the secluded courtyard and refreshing pool, which is just steps from our unit on the ground floor. We also have a nice gas grill in the courtyard for use, and the beach is just across the street! Imagine being able to quickly walk back to the condo for just about anything you need while taking a break from the beach.

Bonus! There is a city park right next door to our property, featuring workout equipment, shuffleboard, picnic area and more!

Parking is a cinch - we offer one parking spot for our unit. Parking is free. We will provide you a parking pass for use during your visit.

There are many other attractions all within short driving distance as well, including John's Pass fishing village, Treasure Island, Conch Republic Grille, Caddy's Bar and Grill, Seaside Seabird Sanctuary,downtown St. Petersburg and Tampa.
